I love animals, kids, and trains

Its been a great summer! Its been full of friends, animals, and lots of trains! Here is a record of some of the the things we did in July!

Mom got us passes for the San Francisco Zoo from her office. Not only did we get free admission and parking, but it included unlimited rides on the train in the zoo!!!! Needless to say, I took advantage of the free choo choo rides! We even invited some friends!

Mom invited Autie Alison and her family.
Saya and I became fast friends.

Choo Choo!!!!
I think all kids love riding turtles

The following weekend, I spent a whole day with Auntie Lo and her kids. We were supposed to go to the new Exploritorium, but the kids and I thought it would be more fun to ride the trolley up and down Market St and the Embarcadaro.

Friends riding the trolley!

Big hugs good bye!
If you thought the San Francisco Zoo train would be the only train ride I took this this summer, you would be wrong!

Thomas was visiting Santa Cruz.

So that means we were visting Santa Cruz

Here he comes!!!!!

Riding on one of Thomas's cabooses!

Choo Choo!!!

I know my family loves me. They all traveled so far to make sure that I got the chance to spend the day with Thomas

Sad that the ride is almost over.
There's thomas behind me!

My Thomas riding the big tracks!

Of course, there were tons of BART rides this month. Thanks to all the grandparents , mom, and dad!

New York , New York, its a wonderful town!

OK. Trip number two to JFK. Mom and Dad had a wedding to go to, so Grandma and Grandpa Huen accompanied us to New York City. We stayed right across the street at Mom and Dad's old apartment on 56th street. The hotel (the Parker Meridien) was ok, but the best part of it was the Burger Joint and the close proximity to all our favorite places to eat. We got to see lots of friends and family, shop, eat , and generally have a great time despite the 95 degree weather every day.

I found the most wonderful place on Earth. FAO Schwartz. I wanted to open everything!

Mom and Dad went to a wedding. Here is the Bride and Groom on the dancefloor.

Mom and Dad's fav restaurant in NYC! Yakitori Totto

And they had Totto Ramen!

We went to dinner with half of the dynamic duo at the Time Warner Center

We met with the Lok clan. All the other kids were wondering
why I stood so far away from everyone in this photo

Gangs all here now
We had time to kill since all flights to SFO were delayed (Asiana Airliner crashed at SFO),
so we took the train around the airport 2 times!

Can you tell I loved the train and seeing all the planes, cars, and cranes!
The Admirals Club had a nice play room. Loved it!

I made platinum on AA!!

Sayonara - Last Day in Japan

Here are some pics from our last day in Japan where I finally got to meet some of my relatives who live in Tokyo. Who knew I had this many relatives!  I loved our hotel, The Mandarin Oriental.  They had all sorts of neat things for a little guy like me - my favorite was the child's tub!

Last Few Days in Kagoshima

Really the last few days were all about shopping, eating, but most importantly of all, just spending time with family. Mission accomplished!

Its been a long day, I need to find somewhere to sit for a while! Akiko's lap seems like a good place.
Foreign Objects in your mouths are OK.

And hes off to the races. He'll be crawling off that table in no time.
More childrens day festivities

Do I look like one of those mascots running around the mall?
