Feed Me!

On Thursday, the Kubo clan came to visit. It was fun to play with Auntie Alison, Koji, and Saya. Saya drew pictures of castles and flowers while Koji read some Japanese books to me. Maybe the next time they come and visit, I will take them to go see Yoda since Koji wants to be George Lucas when he grows up.

The Yangs had bought me a onesie recently. I wear it whenever Im hungry.

New Lens For The Camera

Dad bought a new lens for the camera last week. Thanks Auntie Mel for the recommendation. Here are a few shots! Enjoy!

Presidio

Mom had a PT session in the Presidio, so Daddy walked me around the beautiful park until Mommy was done. We walked through LucasFilms and I got to take a picture with Yoda. Hes a bit bigger than me, but not that much bigger!

3 Month Birthday

I turned 3 months old today. I celebrated with Grandma and Grandpa Kimotsuki and Mom and Dad.  We had so much fun playing in the backyard where there are so many beautiful flowers and plants.  I also played on my Gymini extra long today with Grandpa.  I now can grab and hold onto anything that will fit in my hand.  Tomorrow I overheard Mom saying we are going to Babies R Us.  Maybe she will buy me some new toys!  I can't wait!!!

Grandma, I can hold my own sign!

Hey Grandpa.....Lets play together on my Gymini!!!

I was so happy to see my Uncle Michael and Auntie Sachiko over the weekend.  I wish they lived closer so I could see them more often.  I wonder if they will bring their dogs next time.

Happy Easter!!!

Another first today. First Easter! Mom and Dad took me up to the Easter Day Parade up on Union Street. I loved seeing all the other kids. We ate gourmet corndogs, burgers, Parmesan truffle fries, and Easter cookies. Yummy. Dad and I also took a pic with an Easter bunny.

While we had fun at the Easter Day parade in San Francisco, Mommy and Daddy promised to take me to the New York Easter Day parade next year.

Hanging out in San Ramon

Yesterday I took my first trip out to the Wen's house in San Ramon. What a treat. Mason and I hung out together as the two youngest members of the Huen and Wen clans. We are only one month apart so we are going to be best buds. It was great meeting the Tell and Cormier families as well. I also got to meet the Perez family as well, but they are not pictured below. I had my first easter egg hunt and it was a successful one. Check out the eggs that Daddy is holding for Mason and I (lower right hand corner picture). There were so many kids yesterday and I loved playing with them all. I cant wait for us to all get together again soon! Maybe in San Francisco?

More Visitors!

Its been another busy week. Dad was on Jury Duty this week but finally got excused today. Mom's been busy getting things checked off her check list: setting up a college fund for me, pre school apps, picking up my birth certificate, etc. As for me, Im starting to make some new noises. How exciting.

The past week has been full of visitors too! Last Fri, Auntie Lo came for a visit. It was great hanging out with her. Maybe next time she'll bring the kids too! I love other kids. Just ask Preston, Cosette, and Sierra! They came over today and we had a blast. Uncle Sherman, Auntie Ting, Uncle Ben, and Auntie Julie also came.

I had so much fun getting to know my new friends.  I learned alot about each of them.  Preston LOVES to eat lemons and then makes funny faces afterwards.  Cosette loves to stay at hotels.  Her favorites are the Grand Wailea in Maui and the St. Regis Monarch Beach.  Those are some of mommy and daddy's favorite hotels too.  I also loved playing with Sierra.  She loves touching my spiky hair.

Preston's Birthday

This weekend, I attended my first birthday party. My buddy Preston turned one year's old this weekend and we were on hand to celebrate. Preston's Mommy and Daddy sure know how to throw a shin dig! Everyone was dressed so spiffy and the food was fantastic! Check out the fabulous cake. It was a real treat!

Little Babies

Saw this poem by Andra Mccoy that I wanted to share:

Little babies don’t do much,
They sit and stare and sometimes clutch.
They eat and sleep and eat some more,
They are quite content upon the floor.

They drink and belch and blink their eyes,
They fall asleep to lullabies,
They don't speak up or say a peep,
While snuggled softly in their sleep.

So babies may not do a lot,
But still they fill your every thought
For babies are the greatest part,
Of your day, of your life and even your heart

Its been a beautiful week in San Francisco. Im looking forward to getting out and about this weekend. I get to meet my buddy Preston on Sunday. He's turning one. In the meantime, Im just enjoying my tummy time and chomping on my fist when I need to soothe myself. Im smiling so much these days that mommy and daddy cant take it. They just bowl over laughing. Mom's also got me grooving to some Britney Spears. I can really shake my booty. I also finally started to fit into my IronPort onesies. Fits like a glove!

Weekend Fun

What a fun weekend. I wish the weekend wouldnt end.

Saturday was our day out. I took my first shopping excursion. We spent most of the day in Union Square. My feet were so tired from all the walking around! I had my eye on some great items at Barney's though. I thought about opening up my first charge card but couldnt talk Mommy and Daddy into letting me do it. Here is a photo of Daddy and I at Barney's.

All that walking worked up an appetite so we headed down to Roam  Burgers on Chestnut for a quick bite. For all you burger lovers, this is a great place to chow down.

Sunday was a day for visitors. Aunties Mira and Janet spent the afternoon with us. We had a great time and Im looking forward to meeting my buddy Joshua and seeing both Aunties again in the future!

Day Trips

The family has been taking me out and about the Marina quite a bit this week. Two restaurant outings, a trip to the photo framing store, a little bit of shopping on Chestnut, a trip to Chrissy Field, out to the farmers market. Boy are my stroller legs tired!

I had a few more firsts this week. I flipped my body over so I could get a better look at the TV. For some reason, I really love watching TV! I had my first stuff nose today. Oy vay!

Mommy and Daddy are trying to plan a trip before Mommy has to go back to work. Anyone have any good beachy recommendations where they can take a newborn?
